LogCard Utility Repair Data Upload Function

Logic:

- After Repair, check PMA_Versions.txt for UploadDiagnosticInformation: Enable, and retrieve UploadDiagnosticAddress (initial default should be set to concept2.com/incoming/LCUDiagData)

- If Enable and valid URL (can we test for valid connection to this FTP service first?), then continue (if not then abort process)

- Pop Message 1 if data is repaired, pop message 2 if not repaired.

NOTE: We should consider TWO settings, one for Repaired logcards and the other for UNREPAIRED cards, and 2 separte FTP addresses, maybe the 2nd one being ftp.concept2.com/incoming/LCU_Repair_Queue or some such...

To help Concept2 address the cause of the problem we ask that you allow us to review your LogCard data.

If you elect to do so, the following information will be sent to Concept2: What information is sent: 

- Your email address and comments, if you've supplied them. If you choose to supply it, your email address and comments.  We will never sell or rent your email information. 

- The data on your LogCard:  

                * The names of the users on the card (as displayed on the monitor) 

                * Your preferences, such as Language, Units (calories, watts), etc and so on. 

                * Your lifetime meters that are as recorded on the LogCard 

                * Your favorite workouts 

                * Your workout data 

                * Your Ranking ID number (if present) 

- The serial number of your PM3 or PM4 and its it’s firmware version 

- The time and date of the error. 

Only Concept2 engineers will have access to your information.
